DreamWorks SKG is selling its record label division to Universal Music Group (UMG) for nearly $100 million. The purchase should
be complete by the end of the year. Toby Keith, Darryl Worley and Jessica Andrews are on the DreamWorks Nashville roster,
while Universal's Nashville labels already include MCA, Mercury and Lost Highway. DreamWorks SKG will continue to produce
