Wynonna Judd was arrested for DUI early Thursday morning (Nov. 13) in Nashville. The Associated Press reports Judd
was stopped for traveling 47 miles per hour in a 30 miles per hour zone. The arrest report states Judd smelled of alcohol,
had watery eyes and dilated pupils. She consented to a breath test and registered more than twice the legal limit of 0.08.
She was released after appearing in night court and posting a standard $500 bond. A spokesman for Judd had no comment, but
said the singer would release a statement later today. 11/13/03
