The CMT Johnny Cash Memorial Tribute: A Celebration of Friends and Family, originally planned as a two-hour special,
has been expanded by an additional 30 minutes to include more of the music and emotion in the tribute to the Man in Black.
CMT will debut the special on Saturday (Nov. 15) at 8 p.m. ET/PT. "Throughout the years, there will be many tributes to my
father and his music, but this is the essential one," said Rosanne Cash. "It is the tribute that came purely from the love
of his friends and family. The night was so heartfelt, so magical, that it simply couldn't be shared in two hours. My family
and I thank everyone at CMT for feeling this way too," added Cash. 11/13/03
