Tony Villanueva, a founder of the Texas country band The Derailers, is leaving the band after a Dec. 31 concert at Gruene
Hall in Gruene, Texas. He told the Austin American-Statesman, "I just had a change of heart. It wouldn't matter if
we played big halls with capacity crowds. I want to stay home." Villanueva and his wife have three children. The band's other
three members plan on playing together without him, according to the newspaper. 12/2/03
