Phil Vassar and his wife Julie welcomed a new daughter, Presley Jade, on Thursday (Dec. 4) in Nashville. The baby weighed
6 pounds, 11 ounces. This is Vassar's second child; Haley (now 5) appeared in his video, "American Child." Vassar expects
to release a new single this winter, according to his Web site. 12/5/03
