Keith Urban and songwriter Monty Powell celebrated their No. 1 hit "Who Wouldn't Wanna Be Me" with a party at B.B. King's
Blues Bar in downtown Nashville on Monday night (Dec. 8). In addition to several awards, Urban was also presented with a black
leather chair, reading lamp and journal by his publishers Barry and Jewel Coburn. Powell presented Urban with a red electric
guitar decorated with a replica of Urban's tattoo -- a Latin phrase that translates to "Love conquers all." Urban said, "I'm
humbled by everybody's support, and I just really want to thank everybody that goes to bat for me. Because this is an industry
where people pick and choose and change sides so fast." Powell also co-wrote Diamond Rio's hits "Meet in the Middle" and "Norma
Jean Riley" and Billy Ray Cyrus' "Could've Been Me." View photo flipbook. 12/9/03
