Alabama will receive the Country Radio Broadcasters Career Achievement Award as part of the annual Country Music DJ Hall of
Fame ceremonies set for March 2 in Nashville. The award is presented to an individual artist or act that has made a significant
contribution to the development and promotion of country music and country radio. The band becomes the seventh act to be recognized
with the honor presented by the CRB, the organization responsible for the annual Country Radio Seminar. Previous recipients
include Reba McEntire, Sonny James, Buck Owens, Loretta Lynn, Eddy Arnold and the late Chet Atkins.
