Reba McEntire has announced plans for her first tour in three years. As previously announced, McEntire will perform March 7 during the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. However, the bulk of her roadwork begins with an April 23 appearance at the Country Thunder festival in Florence, Ariz. McEntire will perform at least 24 concerts during the tour that's currently booked through Sept. 25 in Omaha, Neb. Concentrating on her TV sitcom Reba, McEntire has not performed in public since 2001 during the Broadway production of Annie Get Your Gun and the Girls' Night Out tour with Martina McBride and Sara Evans. Noting that she looks forward to returning to the stage, McEntire says, "I love recording, and I love acting, but getting out there and performing live has always been one of my favorite things to do."
