Ryan Adams has cancelled his March tour dates as he awaits surgery next week to repair his broken left wrist. As previously
reported, Adams sustained the injury during a Jan. 22 concert at the Royal Court Theater in Liverpool, England. About 90 minutes
into his set, Adams was singing "Shadowlands" while looking up into the audience and did not see the edge of the 6-foot high
stage. After initial treatment in England, Adams returned to New York City to undergo the surgery and physical therapy. Adams'
latest tour was scheduled to begin March 2 in Columbia, Mo. Other March tour stops included Dallas, Los Angeles, San Francisco,
Seattle and Denver.
