Marty Stuart could face another DUI charge after being arrested Wednesday (June 23) following an auto accident in the Nashville
suburb of Hendersonville, Tenn., according to WKRN-TV in Nashville. The singer was arrested after allegedly hitting two cars
on a street in front of McDonald's restaurant. According to the TV station, law officers expect to charge Stuart with DUI.
In 2002, Stuart was acquitted of a DUI charge stemming from an arrest after he drove away from a Wal-Mart parking lot in Hendersonville.
However, Stuart was found guilty of violating Tennessee's implied consent law because he refused to take a Breathalyzer test.
As a result, Stuart's driver's license was suspended for one year, and he was ordered to attend an alcohol safety class.
