Josh Turner will accept the Curtain Call Award from Belmont University on Tuesday (Sept. 7). The award recognizes achievements
by Belmont alumni in the field of commercial and popular music. Turner wrote "Long Black Train" while still a Belmont student
and graduated from Belmont's School of Music in 2001. After the private ceremony, Turner will give an informal concert and
field questions from the audience.
