Toby Keith, Shania Twain and hosts Brooks & Dunn will all perform during the CMA Awards ceremony on Nov. 9 in Nashville. Keith is nominated for six awards, including entertainer but has won only one CMA award -- 2001's male vocalist. In addition, Twain has just one CMA trophy to her name as well -- 1999's entertainer of the year. Brooks & Dunn won the entertainer trophy in 1996 and have a career total of 13 CMA Awards.
