Construction could begin as early as next month on Toby Keith's Roadhouse, a $3.5 million restaurant and concert hall in Oklahoma
City. Designs for the project were presented this week to the Oklahoma City Urban Renewal Authority. The single-story building,
which will seat 600 people, is part of Lower Bricktown, a new commercial complex that city officials hope will become a tourist
destination. Keith is building the roadhouse with the Hal Smith Restaurant Group, a Norman, Okla.-based company that operates
68 restaurants in several states.
