The famed clothing designer Manuel will be the subject of an exhibit at the Frist Center for the Visual Arts in Nashville.
Titled Manuel: Star Spangled Couture, the exhibit opens to the public on Friday (Dec. 17) and runs through May 22,
2005. A student of rodeo tailor Nudie Cohn, Manuel is known for his rhinestone-studded jackets worn by Brooks & Dunn, Johnny
Cash, Emmylou Harris, Eddie Montgomery, Dolly Parton, Marty Stuart, Keith Urban and Porter Wagoner, among many others.
