Approximately 70,000 baseball bracelets have been sold in memory of Tim McGraw's father, baseball great Tug McGraw, who died
Jan. 5, 2004. Proceeds will be directed to the Tug McGraw Center for Neuro-Oncology Quality of Life at Duke University in
Raleigh, N.C. The bracelets, made from the seams of baseballs, are inscribed with the elder McGraw's uniform number, 45, and
YGB, the initials for "Ya gotta believe," the phrase he made popular. Priced at $4.50, the bracelets are available from Tim
McGraw's official Web site.
