Three of Texas' favorite singer-songwriters -- Pat Green, Jack Ingram and Jerry Jeff Walker -- will meet near Dallas on Jan.
23 for an acoustic concert to raise money for victims of the tsunami. In announcing the charity event, Green said, "President
Bush called on all Americans to do anything they could to help. He even asked former Presidents Bush and Clinton to help rally
our country. This is humanitarian aid. This is the best of our country supporting people during an incredibly challenging
time." Tickets go on sale Monday (Jan. 17) for the show at the Nokia Theatre in Grand Prairie, Texas. Ticketmaster will donate
its ticketing fees to the relief effort on behalf of Texas musicians.
