Crystal Gayle and Lee Greenwood will take part in dedicating the President Ronald Reagan commemorative postage stamp in Washington
on Wednesday (Feb. 9). Greenwood will open the ceremony with the national anthem and "God Bless the USA," while Gayle has
prepared a medley of patriotic songs. Postmaster General John E. Potter, former Reagan administration officials and members
of Congress will also participate in the event.
