The Nashville Songwriters Association International (NSAI) will relocate its office to Music Row in May. The organization
purchased the Music Mill -- a 10,000-square-foot, three-story log cabin with a water wheel in front -- from producer Harold
Shedd. Built in 1982, the Mill housed Shedd's music publishing company and a recording studio where Alabama recorded many
of its biggest hits. The NSAI had been renting a smaller location on West End Avenue, a few blocks from Music Row.
