Faith Hill is on the brink of previewing her first single in nearly two years. "Mississippi Girl," written by Adam Schoenfield
and Big & Rich's John Rich, is the first single from Hill's upcoming album, Fireflies. A version of the track will
be available as a free, timed-out download from country radio station Web sites beginning Tuesday (May 10). The temporary
downloads will not play after May 24 -- the date the single becomes available for sale on digital music retail sites. "Mississippi
Girl" is one of at least two songs Rich has contributed to Fireflies. Hill said, "Music is, and always should be, about
evoking an emotion or expressing a passion or feeling, and this song does just that for me."
