I Love This Bar & Grill, Toby Keith's restaurant and club, will open at Harrah's Las Vegas Casino & Hotel on June
29. Based on the food in his favorite restaurants in Oklahoma, the menu includes a fried bologna sandwich, pulled pork barbecue
and side orders of "freedom fries." According to a press release, "All dishes will be served up by a stunning, all-female
wait staff, clad in sexy country attire." His music videos will be aired on 20 plasma TVs throughout the restaurant, and nightly
concerts will feature country and rock bands specifically chosen by Keith. The Oklahoma City location of I Love This Bar &
Grill opened Tuesday (June 21).
