With a donation totaling $600,000, Rascal Flatts' Saturday night (Sept. 24) concert at Nashville's Gaylord Entertainment Center has become the largest fundraising event ever for the Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt. The donation reflects $350,000 from the concert proceeds and a $250,000 donation from the group's record label, Lyric Street Records, and its parent company, Disney. In making the contribution during the concert, lead vocalist Gary LeVox told the crowd, "It's your fault! All your money did this tonight! Thanks for helping."
