A 24-year-old woman died Saturday morning (Dec. 10) after the car she was driving crashed into Sawyer Brown's tour bus north
of Topeka, Kan. The Kansas Highway Patrol identified the victim as Jessica Mossman of Auburn, Kan. Investigators said Mossman,
who was not wearing a seat belt, failed to yield as she entered U.S. 75. Her car was struck by the northbound tour bus. Both
vehicles caught on fire. Sawyer Brown lead vocalist Mark Miller, bassist Jim Scholten and keyboardist Gregg "Hobie" Hubbard
were aboard the bus but were not injured. The band's Saturday night concert at Golden Eagle Casino near Horton, Kan., has
been rescheduled for Dec. 17.
