Billy Currington's second album, Doin' Somethin' Right, has been certified gold by the RIAA for shipments of 500,000
copies. "I guess I've already accomplished my New Year's resolution," Currington said. "I'm looking forward to getting back
on the road and celebrating with fans." Currington will perform the album's first single, "Must Be Doin' Somethin' Right,"
on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno on Monday (Jan. 9). The next single, "Why, Why, Why," will be released to country
radio later this month.
