Alan Jackson will release Precious Memories, an album of gospel songs, on Feb. 28. He recorded the album as a gift
to his mother and mother-in-law, but as soon as RCA Label Group chief Joe Galante heard it, he persuaded Jackson to release
it. The album includes 15 classics, including "The Old Rugged Cross," "How Great Thou Art," "I'll Fly Away" and "'Tis So Sweet
to Trust in Jesus." Jackson's wife Denise and two of their three daughters also sing on it.
