Bluegrass entertainer James Monroe, son of Country Music Hall of Fame member Bill Monroe, is opening a 700-seat music hall
and RV campground in Franklin, Ky., and will host a music festival there April 19-22. Billed as the Kentucky Springtime Bluegrass
Special, the festival will feature performances by Larry Sparks, the Grascals, Bobby Osborne and others. Monroe and his band,
the Midnight Ramblers, will perform at the music hall on a weekly basis after it opens in April.
