Funeral services will be held Sunday (March 5) in Wellington, Ky., for Ron Cyrus, father of Billy Ray Cyrus. The elder Cyrus,
70, died Tuesday (Feb. 28) in a Lexington, Ky., hospital following a battle with cancer. He served 20 years in the Kentucky
General Assembly as a representative from the community of Flatwoods. His survivors also include wife Joanie Cyrus, another
son and three daughters.
