Ralph Stanley's 36th annual Memorial Weekend Bluegrass Festival continues through Saturday (May 27) in Smith Ridge, Va. The
event kicked off Wednesday (May 24) with Man of Constant Sorrow, the Barter Theatre musical production based on the
career of the Stanley Brothers. Performing Friday are Marty Raybon & Full Circle, Gillian Welch & David Rawlings,
Jim Lauderdale and the James King Band. Saturday's lineup includes Larry Sparks & the Lonesome Ramblers, the Charlie Sizemore
Band, Melvin Goins & Windy Mountain. Stanley and his band, the Clinch Mountain Boys, are performing nightly.
