Multi-instrumentalist Sam Bush entertained a sweaty, music industry crowd atop the roof of the BMI building in Nashville on
Thursday evening (June 22), performing songs from his newly-released album, Laps in Seven. Bush told the audience he
named his album after his dog's rhythmic drinking patterns (in 7/4 time) and even recorded them for inclusion on the album.
Bush and his band closed their upbeat set with a cover of "Get Back," mentioning that he's always wanted to play on a rooftop
after seeing the Beatles' movie, Let It Be.
