A documentary about the aftermath of the Dixie Chicks' controversial anti-Bush remarks will have its world premiere at the
Toronto International Film Festival in September. Dixie Chicks -- Shut Up and Sing shows the repercussions of Maines'
negative comment at a London concert in 2003 when she told the audience she was ashamed that the president was from Texas.
The film was directed by Oscar-winner Barbara Kopple and Cecelia Peck. The Chicks added a second concert in Toronto to their
October itinerary because of high ticket demand.
