Toby Keith will be taking Brad Paisley's place as headliner at the third annual Music City Jam, a private concert that serves as a highlight of the Country Radio Seminar in Nashville. Paisley had been announced to host the Feb. 28 show at the Nashville Convention Center. He asked to be excused from the performance after learning that his wife, actress Kimberly Williams-Paisley, is pregnant and that her projected due date is the same week as CRS. Keith provided the keynote address at CRS in 2005 and was honored by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs at this year's seminar. CRS is an annual conference attended primarily by country radio programmers, air personalities and management.
