Sara Evans and husband Craig Schelske appeared in court Thursday (Oct. 26) during a hearing that resulted in their mutual agreement in several matters involving their well-publicized divorce case. During the court appearance in Franklin, Tenn., they agreed to an equal split of $274,000 that Evans says Schelske withdrew from their joint checking accounts on Oct. 12, the day she filed for divorce. Schelske also accepted a judge's recommendation that he find other living arrangements rather than continue to seek moving back into the couple's home. Evans and Schelske are also determining a visitation schedule for him to see their three children. Evans withdrew from ABC's Dancing With the Stars competition after filing a divorce complaint on grounds of irreconcilable differences, inappropriate marital conduct and adultery.
