Despite a report published on Us magazine's Web site, Keith Urban's publicist says the singer has not been released
from a California rehab center. The magazine reported that Urban and his wife, actress Nicole Kidman, were seen having brunch
Sunday (Dec. 3) at the Polo Lounge at the Beverly Hills Hotel. "At this stage in [Keith's] treatment, patients are occasionally
allowed to leave for short periods of time," publicist Paul Freundlich confirmed Monday (Dec. 4) to CMT Radio. "Keith is not
out of rehab and is not back home in Nashville. ... He is still undergoing treatment." Urban voluntarily checked himself into
rehab on Oct. 19 and is being treated at the Betty Ford Center near Palm Springs, Calif.
