Keith Urban has been released from a California rehabilitation center and will kick off an international tour in April with a series of club performances in the United Kingdom and Germany, his publicist, Paul Freundlich, confirmed Tuesday (Jan. 16). Urban's roadwork -- billed as the Love, Pain & the Whole Crazy Thing World Tour -- will take him to arenas in Australia in May. Although specific dates have not been announced, his tour of U.S. and Canadian arenas will take place in June. As previously reported, Urban will also perform a Feb. 8 concert in Chicago to benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. The Chicago appearance makes up for a Nov. 11 show that was canceled after Urban voluntarily sought treatment for his alcohol abuse in October. According to People magazine, Urban accompanied his wife, actress Nicole Kidman, to a party in Los Angeles following Monday night's (Jan. 15) Golden Globe Awards show.
