Keith Urban has sued a New Jersey painter with the same name, claiming the painter's Web site infringes trademark and cyber-squatting
laws. The painter owns the domain keithurban.com and does not specify on that Web site that he is not the musician. Urban
filed the suit in U.S. District Court in Nashville last week. He is seeking a shutdown of the painter's site, ownership of
the domain name and unspecified monetary damages. The singer's official Web site is keithurban.net.
