"Bless the Broken Road" has been nominated for song of the year at the Dove Awards, which recognize achievement in the Christian
music industry. Written by Marcus Hummon, Bobby Boyd and Jeff Hanna, the song was a country hit for Rascal Flatts and was
recently released by the artist Selah on an album of duets. It is also nominated for pop-contemporary recorded song. Selah's
duet partner, Melonie Crittendon, released the song as a single to country radio in 1998. In addition, Alan Jackson's Precious
Memories and Alabama's Songs of Inspiration are among the nominees for country album. The Dove Awards will be presented
April 25 in Nashville.
