Sara Evans claims her husband, Craig Schelske, will not schedule a mediation date for their divorce until she fires her attorney, according to documents filed Friday (Feb. 23) in Williamson County, Tenn. The papers also indicate Schelske wants Evans to clear his name on television and to agree to a joint child custody arrangement. Schelske's lawyers have denied he wants Evans to fire her legal counsel. In addition, his lawyers insist that restoring his reputation must be a primary goal of the divorce proceedings. The couple separated in October 2006.
