Singer-songwriter Trent Willmon hosts America's Top Cowboy, CMT's search for the ultimate, great American cowboy. Taped
at the CF Ranch in Alpine, Texas, the two-hour special premieres Saturday (May 19) at 9 p.m. ET/PT on CMT. Participants from
around the nation gathered to demonstrate their skills in several competitions, including riding and roping, in front of a
panel of noted judges. The winner will receive a $50,000 cash prize. Willmon, who's also known for his cooking, recently compiled
The Beer Man Cookbook. The title is inspired by his 2004 single, "Beer Man."
