Steep Canyon Rangers released a new album, Lovin' Pretty Women, on Rebel Records on Tuesday (Aug. 14). The band won
the International Bluegrass Music Association's emerging artist award in 2006. Ronnie Bowman produced the project. Other new
bluegrass releases include Shawn Camp and Billy Burnette's The Bluegrass Elvises, Volume One (American Roots Publishing),
the Seldom Scene's Scenechronized (Sugar Hill), the Charlie Sizemore Band's Good News and the Sam Bush concert
DVD, Sam Bush: On the Road (Sugar Hill).
