Carrie Underwood collected three American Music Awards on Sunday night (Nov. 18) in Los Angeles. In the country category,
she won female artist and album (Some Hearts), as well as the all-genre text-in award. Tim McGraw was named favorite
country male artist and Rascal Flatts won favorite country band, duo or group. In a surprise pairing, Sugarland and Béyoncé
performed "Irreplaceable" together on the show; Sugarland often covers the Béyoncé hit in concert.
