Rascal Flatts won in two categories of the 34th annual People's Choice Awards telecast Tuesday night (Jan. 8) on CBS. In addition
to an award for favorite group, the trio's "Stand" was named favorite country song. Because of the strike by the Writers Guild
of America, the traditional live awards show was replaced with a new approach that had the awards delivered to music, film
and TV stars at several locations. Rascal Flatts accepted its awards at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum in Nashville.
