Faith Hill is recovering from recent surgery that realigned her knee cap, as well as an adjustment to the joint itself, her publicist announced Wednesday (Jan. 16). Hill injured her knee in high school while playing softball, but wear and tear on the joint since then made the surgery necessary. "Doctors had told me to stay off my feet for a bit, and now I'm following their rehab program," Hill said. "I intend to be back better and stronger." She is finishing work on a Christmas album, due in 2008, and will also appear at a tribute to Aretha Franklin in Los Angeles in February.
