A 30th anniversary deluxe edition of Lynyrd Skynyrd's Street Survivors album will be released March 4 by Geffen/UMe
Records. The two-CD set features the previously-unreleased, last-known recordings of the band and five songs performed live
in concert Fresno, Calif., less than two months before the band's plane crashed in rural Mississippi on Oct. 20, 1977. The
accident killed lead vocalist Ronnie Van Zant, guitarist Steve Gaines, background vocalist Cassie Gaines and their road manager.
The reissue includes a previously-unreleased version of "What's Your Name" and two songs that were deleted from the original
album -- "Sweet Little Missy" and "Georgia Peaches."
