Martina McBride and Alabama are among the artists nominated for Dove Awards, presented by the Gospel Music Association. McBride's "Anyway," which she wrote with Brad and Brett Warren, is up for country recorded song. Alabama's Songs of Inspiration II is in the country album category. Ricky Skaggs and the Whites earned three nominations, including a bluegrass album of the year mention for their Salt of the Earth project. Two tracks from the album -- "Love Will Be Enough" and the title track -- are nominated for bluegrass recorded song of the year. The multi-artist compilation, Songs 4 Worship Country, earned a nomination for special event album. The 39th annual Dove Awards show will be presented April 23 at the Grand Ole Opry House in Nashville.
