Rodney Atkins and newcomer Ashley Gearing performed to a room filled with radio programmers and executives during a Wednesday (March 5) luncheon at Country Radio Seminar in Nashville. Now a veteran with a string of hits, Atkins punctuated his set with "Cleaning This Gun (Come on In Boy)," "Watching You" and his breakthrough single, "If You're Going Through Hell (Before the Devil Even Knows)." He also performed his upcoming single, "Invisibly Shaken," a track from his current album. The 16-year-old Gearing is currently working with producer Byron Gallimore for an album that's expected to be released later this year. Her first single, "Out the Window," is scheduled for release in early spring. Wednesday's CRS luncheon was sponsored by Curb Records.
