Rodney Crowell's New Album Coming in September
Rodney Crowell will release a new album, Sex & Gasoline, on Sept. 2 on Work Song/Yep Roc Records. The album was
produced by Joe Henry and recorded in Pasadena, Calif., in July and October 2007. Crowell says, "Joe Henry produced, and I
shut up and sang. The end result is some of the best performances I've given to date. I should have done this sooner." Crowell
had five consecutive No. 1 country hits in 1988-1989. His songwriting credits include Tim McGraw's "Please Remember Me" and
Keith Urban's "Making Memories of Us."
