Miranda Lambert's Crazy Ex-Girlfriend Certified Gold

Miranda Lambert's second album, Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, has been certified gold for shipments of 500,000 copies. She received the news on Friday (June 6) at a press conference prior to her performance at the CMA Music Festival in Nashville. In addition to the title track, the album includes "Gunpowder & Lead" and "Famous in a Small Town." Crazy Ex-Girlfriend won album of the year honors at the Academy of Country Music Awards last month. Lambert's debut album, Kerosene, was certified platinum in 2007, for shipments of 1 million units.
