Mindy McCready is free on $5,000 bond after being arrested for probation violation. On probation for prescription drug fraud,
McCready's latest arrest came after she reportedly falsified a community service report by overstating the number of hours
she had worked. She was booked into the Williamson County jail late Monday afternoon (June 23) and posted her bond two hours
later. In 2007, McCready served a brief jail term for violating her probation by resisting arrest following an altercation
she had with her mother in Florida.
