Veteran record producer James Stroud has assembled a group of Nashville studio and orchestral musicians to record Sounds
of the Season, a holiday album by the Stroudavarious Orchestra. Created for QVC, the instrumental album will be featured
prominently on July 25 during the shopping network's Christmas in July promotion. Stroud was one of Nashville's most successful
studio drummers before he began producing projects by Toby Keith, Tim McGraw, Merle Haggard, Wynonna Judd, Kenny Rogers, Travis
Tritt, Clint Black, Hank Williams Jr. and others. Sounds of the Season includes 10 holiday classics, including "Joy
to the World," "Silent Night" and "Jingle Bells."
