Toby Keith Film Soundtrack Arrives Aug. 12

The soundtrack album from Toby Keith's new film, Beer for My Horses, will arrive in stores on Aug. 12. The movie, set for theatrical release on Aug. 8, is a road trip comedy starring Keith and comedian Rodney Carrington as sheriff's deputies chasing a drug lord and kidnapper. The soundtrack's first single is "Off the Hillbilly Hook" by Trailer Choir, an act signed to Keith's Show Dog Nashville record label. Keith and another Show Dog act, Mica Roberts, perform "Let's Get Trashed." In addition to the title song by Keith and Willie Nelson, the soundtrack also includes songs performed by Carrington, Ted Nugent, Mel Tillis, Mac Davis, Gina Gershon, James McMurtry and David Allan Coe.
