Patty Loveless Plans First Tour in Three Years

Patty Loveless will be embarking on a tour of theaters to promote her new album, Sleepless Nights, to be released on Sept. 9 by Saguaro Roads Records. The tour, her first in three years, begins Sept. 26 in State College, Pa., and initially includes 12 cities through early November, with additional stops to be announced soon. The shows include performances Oct. 1-2 at the Birchmere in Alexandria, Va. Sleepless Nights features her interpretations of classic country songs popularized by George Jones, Ray Price, Hank Williams and Webb Pierce, among others.
